Project Introduction
National Drilling Company of Iran started its activity in 1979 with 6 drilling rigs and now, after three decades of experience and having 75 drilling rigs and utilizing more than 16,000 specialized and technical manpower, it has directly completed any complex drilling operations on onshore & offshore.
ITCEN Co. is responsible for carrying out the project "Consulting Services for the Management of Physical Assets" at the National Iranian Drilling Company in 2016, under contract No. 01-950050-06-33. In this contract, it was determined that ITCEN, using its experts in the field of physical assets management, is responsible for evaluating the status of physical assets management and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the collection. Moreover, ITCEN should develop a roadmap for excellence in the field of physical assets management.
